Mark has been in the Credit Union industry for 25 years working either as an employee, consultant or vendor.  His career has focused on on the systems and processes that enable a Credit Union.  This includes core systems, online banking, loan origination and others - with focuses on vendor selection, implementation, issue management, contracts and cost analysis.
